Case data, evidence files, and response drafts are processed to deliver the service. Desktop mode keeps this data on your device unless you choose to export or sync it.

3. AI Features

When AI mode is enabled, Case Signal may send redacted summaries to third-party models for drafting assistance. Redaction settings are configurable.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use a minimal analytics cookie only when enabled. You can opt out at any time.

5. Data Retention

Hosted deployments can configure retention windows and deletion workflows. Desktop mode retention is controlled by you.

6. Security

Local data is encrypted at rest. Hosted deployments should enforce access controls, audit logs, and backups.
