Paid plans are billed in advance. Token allowances reset each billing cycle. Overage charges apply when usage exceeds the monthly allowance.

5. Data and Privacy

Desktop mode stores data locally. Hosted or AI-enabled modes may transmit redacted data to third-party subprocessors as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitations of Liability

Case Signal is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Case Signal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
